Email hi@hoursmith.app for product or account-connection help. Include the affected workspace, what you tried, and a request ID if an error provides one. Keep passwords, API tokens, authorization codes, and refresh credentials out of support messages.

Connecting ChatGPT

Public directory publication is pending OpenAI review. Preview access requires an enabled deployment and a Studio or Agency workspace. Sign in through Hoursmith, select one workspace, and choose read-only or read/write consent. Your existing role still controls access.

If access expires, reconnect through ChatGPT. Manage and revoke connections in Account → Security → Connected apps. After an uncertain write result, inspect the workspace before repeating the action and share its request ID with support.
