Hoursmith is a web application for freelancers, consultants, studios, and small agencies. It connects client projects and tasks to tracked time, expenses, invoices, and payments.
It is built and operated by a working agency that uses Hoursmith in its own client workflow. The product grew from a practical need: keep delivery context attached to the commercial record without carrying enterprise project-management complexity.

Lightweight coordination
Boards, lists, task details, comments, attachments, and task timers cover day-to-day service work without pretending to replace advanced planning software.
Transparent team pricing
Paid plans use a flat workspace price with a visible member cap. Hoursmith does not add a per-seat charge as the team grows within that cap.
Customer payment ownership
Stripe Connect direct charges settle in the customer's own Stripe account. Hoursmith does not hold or route client funds.
A deliberate boundary
Hoursmith has useful task management, but it is not an enterprise planning suite. It does not have custom task columns, recurring tasks, Gantt charts, dependencies, resource planning, CRM, accounting, tax filing, proposals, contracts, or native iOS and Android apps.
